Our products consist of 3/4" threaded steel pipe and malleable cast iron fittings. But we don't have any greasy or oily individual parts that you first have to laboriously clean and assemble yourself. To make assembly easier for you and to save you from dirty hands, we offer ours exclusive Liebwut service.

What does that mean for you?

All of our products are partially assembled by hand for you at the beginning, which has the advantage that individual parts that do not meet our quality standards are sorted out in advance and do not even end up with you. But that's not all. After partial assembly, we clean all parts by hand with special, caring cleaning cloths for lubricants and oils. This removes the oil film that has formed in the production process and you don't have to deal with it yourself. In the last step, all parts are prepared with a wax for furniture and steel. The caring wax polish protects the steel pipe from weathering and rusting. It also gives the steel a subtle matt look so that you can enjoy your new furniture for as long as possible - industrial at its best!

Why are we doing this?

We believe that nothing can be more annoying than the tedious and time-consuming task of assembling a piece of furniture. That's why we decided to offer our special service to our customers to relieve you of as much work as possible so that you can assemble your piece of furniture in just a few steps.

Powder coating or bare steel?

Our models in "raw" are, as the name suggests, made of raw tubular steel and treated with a caring and protective wax. The pipes have a metallic - anthracite look and an authentic reflection behavior.
But this raw, industrial look does not fit into every living or room situation.
For everyone who wants it a little more extravagant or individual, we offer ours Models also available in 3 additional variants with powder coating - gold, black and white.

Wild oak or decorative panel?

For models with shelves, we have also decided to offer you several stylish variants.
Our wild oak boards are not only of the highest quality and fulfill the criteria of sustainable and nature-friendly forestry. On top of that, they are a real eye-catcher thanks to the continuous slats with small knotholes. We deliberately chose wild oak because it creates a unique interaction with the tubular steel and complements each other perfectly. All boards are sanded by hand and protected with a caring wood oil on a vegetable and natural basis. This process freshens up the wood structure, and also revives, nourishes, cares for and protects it in one step.
We also have our range of decorative chipboard with exclusive surfaces on offer for you. Whether classic white or black, stylish concrete look in two versions, or our dark oxid with industrial chic flair - there really is something for everyone and every living situation!
So with us you have many different combination options to have your individual Liebwutstück made for you - your unique piece.

Tools - everything you need!

With free-standing models, we include the matching felt pads so that your floor remains protected. For models with wall mounting, you also get all the necessary screws and dowels for installation at home. You also get a pair of work gloves and a fleece cloth. After assembly, you can use it to polish your model's rods again.

Delivery time

You can see the delivery time for individual products directly in the product description. The delivery time specified in each case refers to the time the order is received until it is handed over to our shipping partner GLS. If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, use the longest one. In order to leave the smallest possible ecological footprint, we send everything together, if possible in one package!

Our shipping prices include the shipping costs including customs processing fees. Please note that you will be charged additional customs fees. These are based on the rates applicable in your country.

Packaging
We think about the environment ♡

Packaging is essential so that you can receive your products protected and undamaged at home. Without packaging there would be more damaged products to be disposed of and more waste would be generated. That's why we pack in an environmentally friendly way. All of our cardboard boxes are made from 70% recycled raw materials and can then be recycled again. Our filling material is 100% recyclable. The exception is powder-coated models and our woods, to protect the surfaces we use environmentally friendly bubble wrap that is 80% recycled.

Please dispose of your boxes in the waste paper. The bubble wrap and the paper filling material can be reused and otherwise you can also dispose of it in the waste paper or in the residual waste!

Delays

Unfortunately, there can be short-term delays when our suppliers are at peak times or when there are material bottlenecks. If this is the case, we will of course inform you immediately by email. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us in advance by email!

Logistics partner and shipment tracking

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch and handed over to our logistics partner GLS, we will send you your tracking number. We offer the Flex-Delivery Service in several countries, meaning you will receive an additional email from GLS in which you can track your package or make changes to the delivery. Choose from 6 different delivery options, even before the first delivery attempt. Please note that we unfortunately have no influence if there are delays on the part of our logistics partner. However, if you have been waiting for your package for a long time after the shipping confirmation or have other difficulties - please contact us at any time and we will help you!
